Your responsibilities

Conducting requirements workshops with customers and prospective clients on-site or remotely
Analysis of existing processes and systems, including the use of modern AI tools to support analysis and documentation
Developing solution concepts for e-commerce, data architecture, and IT integration and, where appropriate, incorporating AI-based automation
Close collaboration with project management, development and sales to quickly implement innovative features
Testing and implementation of new AI applications within the project environment, e.g. for product data optimization, chatbots or intelligent search functions
Documentation, presentation and support of implementation through to go-live

Your profile

Extensive knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems (e.g. SAP, Proalpha, MS Dynamics, ABAS, Infor or similar)
A college degree or vocational training in IT or business
Experience in consulting or implementing digital solutions
Analytical thinking, strong conceptual skills and a passion for direct customer interaction
Openness and curiosity to actively use new technologies such as AI in projects
Confident demeanor and a structured approach to work
Willingness to be present at the office in Fulda for 1–2 days per week
