Your responsibilities

Independent management of IT projects – from kick-off to go-live
Implementation and customization of our software products for clients, including the integration of AI-based solutions (e.g., intelligent product search, process automation)
Conducting workshops remotely or on-site
Process consulting & specification of customer requirements – supported by AI tools for analysis and documentation
Close collaboration with development and project management to implement innovative features
Preparation of project documentation, concepts and solution proposals

Your profile

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training
At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects
Professional experience with ERP / inventory management systems
Analytical thinking, organizational skills and strong communication skills
Curiosity and openness to actively applying AI technologies in projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Very good German language skills and willingness to travel occasionally
1–2 days per week on-site in Fulda
