Junior sales talent (m/f/d)

You’ll start with a structured onboarding process and initially work closely with experienced colleagues. Step by step, you’ll take on more responsibility with a clear path toward working independently in sales.

• Qualifying and handling inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations (online & on-site)
• Participation in customer meetings, workshops and “deep dives”
• Preparing quotes for our B2B e-commerce platform avanta and for implementation services
• Follow-up with prospects and support them through to contract signing
• Supporting and providing feedback to marketing (e.g. on leads, campaigns, target audiences)
• Long-term goal: independently closing deals in the licensing and project business

• A college degree, e.g. in business administration, business informatics, communication studies or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, consulting and customer communication
• Experience in consulting or implementing digital solutions
• Affinity for digital / technical products and the ability to understand and explain abstract concepts
• Initiative, creativity and a genuine interest in people
• Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor and good manners
• Presentation skills, assertiveness, patience and perseverance
• Previous sales experience is not required; motivation and a willingness to learn are important
• Willingness to travel for occasional client meetings, trade shows and partner meetings
