What you're doing here

You advise mid-market industrial and distribution companies independently on integrating AI into their sales and service processes – from the initial potential analysis through to productive use. You lead, you shape, you take responsibility.

Independently conduct AI readiness workshops: analyse processes, uncover potential, set priorities
Develop concrete use cases and translate them into implementable concepts: intelligent search, product advice, automated quotation processes, AI assistants in the customer portal
Translate requirements precisely between customers and the development team
Lead pilot projects from kick-off to go-live and continue to develop them afterwards
Track AI market developments and contribute as an internal driver of innovation
Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues in the team

What you bring to the table

Several years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation – demonstrably in a B2B environment
You have taken AI projects into production: LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering – no theory
Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, proALPHA or similar) and how they interact with AI solutions
You can explain complex technical concepts simply – and enjoy doing so, even at C-level
Confident appearance with customers, even when things get difficult
Willingness to travel for customer appointments (approx. 20–30 %)
