With our 5-day intensive package, we guide you every step of the way—from the initial analysis to a fully operational pilot setup. We transform your existing data into an intelligent service expert that understands your customers and takes the pressure off them.
The phases of implementation
Your results after 5 days: a fully configured AI system, a clear roadmap for going live and a deep understanding of how your data will drive the quality of service in the future.
Days 1–2: In-depth analysis of the database
We assess your existing data structure for "AI readiness" and identify gaps:
- Product data check: Removal of special characters, analysis of descriptions, variants, and filter attributes.
- Hidden knowledge: Extraction of information from downloads (PDFs) that is not included in the standard product master data.
- Vectorization: Determining which additional sources (website, content pages, manuals) will be incorporated into the vector database.
Tag 3: Use-case definition & workflow-design
We define what the bot needs to be able to do and how it communicates:
- Analysis of typical queries: Documentation and comparison with the system standard.
- Process automation: Selection of the appropriate avanta-n8n nodes for live queries (e.g., real-time prices, availability, or status reports).
- Interfaces: Definition of the APIs for seamless system integration.
Day 4: Technical setup & infrastructure
We are laying the groundwork for secure operations:
- Hosting concept: Defining the environment for n8n, Vektor-DB and the selected LLM (Large Language Model).
- Security: Separation of test and live environments, as well as data protection compliance.
Day 5: Pilot testing & quality assurance
Preparing for the reality check:
- Prompt engineering: Fine-tuning response quality with your AI partners.
- Success metrics: Defining the "ready-for-live" criteria (when is the bot good enough?).
- Demo setup: Deployment in a protected pilot environment with demo data.

The workshops can be held as online meetings via Microsoft Teams. To ensure good audio quality, each participant should join from their own computer. We have already successfully conducted many online workshops. Alternatively, the workshops can also be held at your location or at our offices.
