Customized prices & conditions

Function for mapping individual price, discount and condition logic per customer in B2B commerce.

Customer-specific prices are a core feature of B2B e-commerce. In avanta, prices, discounts and scales come from the ERP system and are played out consistently across all applications(ERP-First). This function is central to applications such as the B2B shop, customer portal and PunchOut scenarios and is based on stable integration into IT systems. These technologies used at avanta show how this connection is implemented technically: integration, API-First and SAP integration (if SAP is the ERP system).

Typical functions

  • Individual price lists per customer
  • Graduated, project and framework contract prices
  • Customer-specific surcharges and conditions
  • Uniform use across all channels

Customer-specific prices are part of the modular avanta platform. A complete classification of all functions can be found in the avanta function overview.

Advantages for B2B companies

Companies reduce maintenance costs, avoid pricing errors and create trust through transparent, consistent conditions.

Differentiation from standard prices

Standard stores work with standardized prices. avanta maps real B2B price structures and links them with customer-specific product ranges and role and rights management.

Practical example / industries

A company from the chemical industry only displays customer-specific prices from the ERP in the B2B shop and in the cXML PunchOut. The system-leading pricing logic remains in the ERP, while avanta provides it via the integration architecture (see SAP integration). The pricing and condition logics described are based on real B2B commerce projects with avanta. Further insights can be found in the references.
